- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
- usshopmart.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and damaged/missing item(s)
We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
