We cannot accept returns due to customer errors such as typos, low-resolution image uploads (if applicable), or mistaken orders.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 180 days of delivery
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
  • You include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice

Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 2 business days after your return is approved.

Important Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Returns requested after 180 days from the delivery date
  • Items missing original tags
  • Products with defects caused by improper use or normal wear and tear
