  • The return request is submitted within 180 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not a final sale item
  • You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
  • Items returned after 180 days from delivery
  • Items missing tags or showing visible signs of use
  • Orders with personalization errors caused by customer input (e.g., typos, wrong image)

Refund Process

  2. Return (if required): If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and may offer a free return label.
  3. Inspection: After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  4. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
