Order Cancellation & Change Policy

At US Shop Mart, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you made a mistake or changed your mind, our goal is to help make order changes or cancellations as quick and simple as possible—before your order ships.

1. Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?

Yes—but only within a short time frame after placing your order.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so we ask that all cancellation or change requests be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

After 2 hours, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. What Changes Can Be Made?

You may request the following within 2 hours of placing your order:

  • Cancel the entire order
  • Change the shipping address
  • Update item quantities
  • Modify product variants (e.g., size, color)
  • Replace an item
  • Correct contact information

⚠️ Note: We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the 2-hour window. If the order has already entered processing or been shipped, changes will no longer be possible.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

  • Your full name
  • Your order number

4. What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already shipped:

  • You will need to wait until it arrives, then request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

5. Exceptions

We cannot cancel or change orders in the following cases:

  • The 2-hour window has passed
  • The item is custom-made, personalized, or final sale
  • The order is already in transit or delivered
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information too late for correction
